Hallway Leadership- Based on the popular book by the same name, ‘Hallway Leadership’ was coined as a way to embed servant leadership in a district and school community. For principals, superintendents, and educators all around, we must serve, uplift, protect, and care for those entrusted to us. Based on the best-selling book by the same name.
Classroom Management -This is an overused term in education, but in reality, your kids won’t learn unless they are safe and engaged. If you can’t manage them, you can’t teach them. Learn how to manage a classroom full of kids who may or may not come from trauma with kindness, love, and a sense of humor.
